The book’s title, It’s OK to be Not OK by
Rev. Rico Villanueva is already comforting enough. Reading it’s description as
well as articles about it online, I am already comforted with the thought that its
contents are based from the Bible’s book of Psalms, which is never a stranger
to tormenting, lamenting verses. The title also reminds me of Jessie J’s Who
You Are song with similar lines, “it’s OK not to be OK.” But so far, another
book, a popular one of a related theme is all I was able to read, Phillip Yancey’s ‘Where is God When it Hurts?’
