I left the TV on and slept through the late night news of ABS-CBN (Bandila) and woke up to see a TV shopping show. It features, the O Shopping network, an ABS-CBN company according to their website oshopping.com.ph. I've seen several products featured on the show each night and I decided to give it a try.
Ordering Online at OShopping
I didn't just order a random product through their website. There is a specific product I had in mind. There were two actually but I tried one first.Ordering online is easy. You don't even need to register. You just have to add the product in your online shopping cart, provide shipping information, and choose the payment option. I chose COD or cash on delivery. Another payment option is credit/debit card.
Shipping fee is not yet included in the product price. Delivery fees differ depending on the type of product you are ordering. Shipping costs are listed on their website.
You may also order over the phone. Their hotline is (02) 800 7000.
My Order History at OShopping
March 12 - Ordered the product through their website. Received an SMS confirmation later that day with information on the total amount to be paid.
March 13 - Received an SMS update stating that the order is being shipped at the nearest distribution center. Item was delivered within the same day.
The courier actually texted me as early as 9 AM on the second day saying he was en route close to where I am located and that someone else he will be delivering an item to is also located nearby. I asked what time they will arrive as I will be leaving. I did not get any response although I said I'll just wait for them before I leave. No one showed up till 12 noon and text messages I sent failed. I rebooted my phone and was able to send a text before 3PM. Apparently, the delivery man thought I was the other person who moved the delivery schedule for the next day because our mobile numbers were almost the same.
But after everything was clarified, he went back to my location and delivered the item. So all in all, I got the product only a day after I ordered online. That was fast! Thank you O Shopping!

ReplyDeleteLast Monday June 6, 2016 i called OShopping and ordered Dr. Ho's Perfectback Rest, spoke to Chris and was told it will be delivered via COD either Wednesday or Thursday - no problem with the delivery and the phone customer service, the only thing is Chris did not give me any sort of reference number, so the day after Tuesday i have emailed O Shopping Philippines and ask for a reference number for my order i have provided my details complete name, shipping address, email address, cell phone number, and here's the reply i got.

June 16, 2016 @ 9:15 AM -I received a text message from +639231923022, asking if I will be available the whole day to receive my item because it is due for delivery that day, so I answered Yes, and waited for the delivery the whole day.
June 16, 2016 - 4:30PM - I got a call from the same number that sent me an SMS in the morning,a Sebastian Castillo, and claimed that they cannot deliver the item because they ran -out of the credit card paper for Metrobank, they only have the BDO. He offered to deliver it the following day, June 17 but told him that I won't be available hence, we agreed delivery will be rescheduled on Saturday,June 18@ 10am, instead.
June 16, 2016 - 5:00 PM - I called up call center of O'Shopping to confirm the rescheduling of the delivery. Again, we agreed,June 18, Saturday, @ 10AM. I even told the receiver to make sure it will be delivered because it's a present for Father's Day.
June 18, 2016 - 8:16AM I received a text message from +639071908840 confirming delivery of the item. I replied, that I will be waiting the whole day for the item.
June 18, 2016 @ 12Nn - 3:00PM -I started to worry, called the number for eight times (8X) but was ringing only on all my attempts.
June 18, 2016 @ 3:10PM - I started to get upset,I contacted O'Shopping call center,answered by Paulyn iD# 500171, and I expressed my fear of not getting the delivery, but she assured me that it will be delivered because base on my item's status, it is really for release on June 18. She apologized for the delay, saying that it may just be delayed because of too many deliveries, and even assured not to worry because delivery time is from 8AM to 7PM.
June 18, 2016 @ 6:43PM - Very much upset already, contacted O'Shopping call center again, this time, I was Von ID# 500130, and again confirmed schedule of my item's delivery, but he sounds negative already that the item will be delivered because it was almost 7PM. Again, I reiterated the importance of having it because it's a present for Father's Day. However, he promised that he will make a report on the case and try to call the handler of my item.
June 18, 2016 @ 6:55 PM - I got a call from +639071908840, the guy apologized that he cannot deliver the item because it is not with him and he just made a mistake for texting me that morning. I really was upset, so I even asked him if I can pick it up, but he said the office is closed already because it's Saturday.
It is not my first time to buy at O'Shopping, but it was really my first frustrating experience with them.
I am relating my experience here to alert O'Shopping of the latest service that I received. Before, they exercise high sense of 4Ps i.e. professional, polite, prompt and precise. I understand that O'Shopping is getting more and more popular everyday, but in my opinion, it seems workload is becoming much heavy, or trying to cut cost by employing less qualified performers, hence, service is deteriorating.
For Customer Satisfaction feedback of this experience, I'll rate it zero ('0'), because I didn't feel that I was valued as a customer.

Thank you for sharing your experience. That is quite sad indeed knowing that the item will not be shipped in time for Father's Day. You should be compensated for the delay. I hope you share this too through the channels online such as O'Shopping's social media pages and forums threads about the companny.

ReplyDeleteI ordered pan sets last June 29, 2016 and received an email confirming my order. They said since I'm not from manila, the delivery would take 5-7 days excluded sundays and holidays. 6 days after excluded sunday. I received a SMS from ACJOSHOP that my order is not being shipped to the nearest distribution center. The day after, someone texted from Oshopping asking if they could deliver it, I said yes. They ask for the nearest landmark, I replied. After that around 8pm they said they cannot deliver it that day, the delivery will be moved two days after (saturday). Again someone texted me if they can delivery it on that day (saturday) and the nearest landmark, I replied yes and my nearest land mark. I waited for them but no one came. I texted all the numbers of oshpping delivery they used to text me but i didn't recived a single reply from any numbers. very frustrating. I got just got my orders 3 days after. 11 DAYS EXCLUDED SUNDAYS. but that's not all, I wasn't there when the delivery came, I asked someone to received it whenever i'm not around. This person signed and received it without even checking it. When I checked it, 1 set was not dropped. I called their hotline about the missing set, they said that they will file a report about it and update me. Also emailed O shopping about it. I received an email saying that

We already informed our warehouse for the immediate delivery of the missing 1 set of the item to the same address. We will give you an update once we received any feedback.
days later i asked for an update their respond was
We apologize. but as of now we do have any feedback from the concerned team. We already made a follow up, we'll get back to you once we receive feedback.

I paid P200+ shipping fee for each item and received that kind of delivery. I regret buying from them.

DeleteMy experience was, I actually ordered one item last sept 1: votemm vaccum with free gift of 1 paella pan. the item is actually delivered to me this sep 14. the problem is, only the vacuum cleaner without the paella pan, thinking that the free gift is not only a good (non-stick paella pan wow!) item but it actually worth 700 something, I made the order, at first, through over the counter BDO, its my first time and i was reluctant, thinking it over, i finally decided to have a hold first of the item before paying, so i waited for the order to expire (says there "payment should be made in 7 days") and i reordered through Cash on Delivery this time. The vacuum cleaner is actually delivered today Sep 14 but the issue is, there is NO FREE GIFT. Talking to the courier, i even logged in to o shopping to show that there should be a paella pan together with the vacuum cleaner. (free gift is actually changed to 16 pcs cuttlery set). Naturally, I did not pay until, I said to the courrier, this is clarified by oshopping.

What you did is right. You should refuse delivery if there is something missing. Check if the delivery note also mentions the free set or not. Contact OShopping right away.

ReplyDeleteBumili ako ng VO.TEMM Miracle Cleaner last week because the video on what the product can do was so amazing. Unfortunately, nung ginamit ko na all it can remove was a new oil stain. As in super disappointed ako. It was a waste of money. And then I tried to write a review, pero the site won't allow any post no wonder na wala pang review yong product.

ReplyDeleteI was very disappointed with VO.TEMM Miracle Cleaner. The video demo on what the product can do was so amazing so I ordered last week. When I used it, the only thing it could remove was a new oil stain. It was a total waste of money. OShopping site won't even allow negative reviews.
im expressing my frustration over products i received from them. particularly the military swiss drill and the induction cookware with removable handle. what they sent me were fake. the drill could not even drill thru concrete as seen on tv. the labeling is fake(sticker only and easily removed) and the cookware.. you fooled us! the items received easily scratch with normal use. and the handle cannot carry the pan with food in it. the pan fell off and our meal was scattered on the floor and i was injured with the hot sauce. they are dishonest and cruel. i sent this message and will see what happens.. que sera sera- jason of valenzuela city

DeleteO-Shopping doesn’t make things easy – they make things super hard for their clients! Products have VERY POOR QUALITY. After sales customer service is so UNRELIABLE, NO SENSE OF URGENCY, GIVES FALSE HOPE. I purchased a Wedo Shake & Fit Board and they delivered a DEFECTIVE item. They said that exchange processing and time frame outside Metro Manila is 12-15 days. 5-7 days pull-out of the item, 3 days Quality Check, 5-7 days Re-delivery. But I tell you, NONE of those lead-times were met!! Despite all the hassles they don’t allow refund! If you insists they said it will take 3-4 weeks!! What the ?!! It’s been 19 days now since I reported my concern and until now replacement hasn’t been delivered. When I called their hotline the agent told me that there was no dispatch instructions yet although my complaint was flagged as valid. Where is the urgency there? MY BIGGEST MISTAKE IS TO PURCHASE FROM O-SHOPPING. Worst online shopping experience ever! So if you plan to purchase from this online shopping/dealer, think well, think twice or you may end up SUPER DISAPPOINTED.
ReplyDeleteO Shopping charged a delivery fee on a per item basis even if the same items. So if you ordered say 3 quantities of HappyCall to be delivered on one address, you will also be charged three times as delivery charge. It's like ordering burger, fries, and drinks on a fastfood chain and charged you 3 times as delivery charge. Is this even legal?
ReplyDeleteThis is so true. The sales agent I chatted with told me that it is their company's policy to charge separate delivery fees even if the items are the same. I asked how much it would cost me to have my items delivered outside of Manila (I'm about 300km away from Manila) and they said 500-700. The items that I want cost P995.00 each and I was thinking of buying 3 for myself and for my two sisters. The delivery charge almost doubled the price of my order. The delivery charge they wanted was illegal already.
