Is the Philippines becoming the new Sin City of Asia? Entertainment (to use a substitute word for something else) locations such as Midas, Resorts World Manila, Solaire, and now City of Dreams are located close to each other. We dropped by the latter recently for photo ops.
This is the entrance if you're crossing from the parking building. Yes, an entire building is dedicated as a car park area only. This is the building you see when passing by Roxas Boulevard.

I've never seen a wash room as luxurious as this!
