While free the nipple is a worthy campaign to advocate if you are against censorship, sexism, and gender inequality; but if you are not too liberal to share the same sentiment yet, you can always do something quite related such as going bra-less without anyone noticing. Silicon Nipple Tape
I purchased a similar product before from a thrift shop. But the item had lost its adhesiveness after several years so I had to look for a replacement. Bench was the first store in mind, and I wasn't disappointed. They did have a similar product.
A silicon nipple tape is handy for days when I don't feel like wearing bra because it's too tight or when prolonged bra wearing starts to take its toll on my skin. Going bra-less with just the nipple cover is bliss. But I've never done in public, yet.
Silicon Bra and Bra Straps
Now this one's handy for clothes with no strap, a little bit of a plunging neckline, and even for bikini top. It will not fully cover the breast area (specially for plump bosoms) and may actually be uncomfortable at first but you will soon feel as if it's not there once you get used to it.
You may also just use replace the regular bra straps with a clear one.
