JTs Manukan Grille: Bacolod Inasal and other Pinoy Dishes

JTs Manukan Grille is yet another restaurant serving Bacolod inasal dishes. But what makes them different from the usual brands?

Bacolod Inasal

Personally, their inasal (Ilonggo word for marinated and charcoal grilled meat) is still similar to the other brands. But the serving size, compared with the pricing, is somewhat better. There is no unlimited rice feature as well but it's not much of a problem for me.

Filipino Dishes

Sisig and dinuguan are also okay. It's the adobong kangkong I probably enjoyed the most but I was too full to eat everything.

JTs Manukan Grille BGC

This specific branch is located in Bonifacio Global City. There's a good view of the street infront of you get seated at the second floor area. I have no idea why but I find it relaxing looking at people crossing or walking down the street. I can imagine a movie or TV show scene where the busy bees just freeze and time stops. 😂

The parking space is limited though; anyway, parking is always an issue in BGC to begin with. 🤭
