Sarsa is a fusion restaurant which features traditional Filipino dishes from various local regions served in a contemporary way. Some people may refer to it as "Sarsa Negrense" because of it's founder Chef JP Anglo, who hails from Negros Occidental and is a renowned TV personality when it comes to cooking. He was once a judge in the Filipino franchise versions of MasterChef and Junior MasterChef.
